These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software, websites, and services provided by Octave Hospitality Solutions, LLC ("Octave," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Description of Services

Octave provides B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions designed for restaurant front-of-house management, including waitlist queuing, reservation booking, floor plan management, and automated SMS guest communications.

2. SMS Communications & Opt-In

Octave facilitates transactional SMS notifications on behalf of our restaurant partners. Guests opt-in to receive these messages either by verbally providing their mobile phone number to a restaurant host to join a waitlist, or by directly entering their phone number into a reservation booking widget on a partner's website.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages related strictly to your reservation or waitlist status. Message frequency varies per reservation event. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Service Availability & Carrier Liability

Octave strives to ensure 99.99% uptime for our platform. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Furthermore, mobile network providers and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
