1. SMS Communications & Opt-In

Octave provides transactional SMS notifications on behalf of our restaurant partners. Guests opt-in to receive these messages either by verbally providing their phone number to a restaurant host to join a waitlist, or by entering their phone number into a reservation booking widget on our partners' websites.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages related strictly to your reservation or waitlist status (e.g., "Your table is ready").

Message frequency varies per reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and opt-out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

2. Data Privacy & Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Octave only collects the minimum amount of information required to facilitate restaurant reservations and waitlist management (Name and Phone Number).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
